Community Participation Supports – services designed to help individuals actively engage in their communities, promoting inclusion and independence.

Examples include:

  • Practical Life Skills: including budgeting and transportation training
  • Leisure and Individualized Recreation Opportunities

In Home and Community Supports (IHCS)

In Home and Community Supports – services provided by the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Examples include:

  • Skills Training
  • Community Integration
  • Support in the home
  • Personalized Support

Companion Care

This provides non-medical support, focusing on emotional, social, and practical assistance for individuals who need companionship and support but don’t require extensive medical care.

Examples include:

  • Companionship and Socialization
  • Assistance with activities of daily living
  • Transportation
  • Emotional Support
  • Enhanced Safety

Respite Care

Temporary relief for family caregivers, allowing them to take a break from their daily caregiving duties.

Community Inclusion

This program equips participants with essential skills to thrive both at home and within their communities. Life skill coaches provide inspiration, prompts, and guidance to help individuals achieve independence.

  • Sustaining friendships and social interactions

Systematic Skill Building (SSB)

Utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, this service helps participants develop skills in communication, social interaction, community involvement, vocational tasks, and independent living, all aimed at enhancing quality of life.

Behavioral Specialist

Focused on addressing behavioral barriers, our specialists create comprehensive behavioral support plans tailored to each participant. These plans are adaptable and evolve to provide optimal support based on individual needs.

Supportive Employment

Recognizing the purpose and fulfillment that employment brings, we offer vocational assessments, job placement assistance, coaching, and extended support. Services are personalized to align with each participant’s interests and are provided close to home.
